Tartare Sauce

This sauce absolutely hits the nail on the head! So much so that it took out the Sauce category at the 2021 Artisan Awards! A delightful roast garlic mayo base packed with chunky capers and gherkins with lemon, dill, and Tarragon.

Ingredients:

Canola oil, (Protected with Antioxidant 307b), Gherkins, Egg yolk, Water,  Capers, Garlic, Vinegar, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt, Preservative 222), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Plant Fibre, Salt, Herbs & Spices, Natural Herb Extract, Sugar, Preservatives (202, 211)

Contains Egg, Sulphites (from Mustard)
